Health Benefits of Gummies

Gummies are an attraction for all age groups. They are colorful, varied in taste and chewable, they are easy to consume and tasty for most of us. It is usually made from the right vitamins gelatin, water, and some artificial colorings, which give it a colorful look. Most of the most common and popular flavors are lemon, raspberry, cherry and orange.

Gummy foods have become the latest trend in wellness supplements. Most researchers suggest that following a healthy and balanced diet will reduce reliance on multivitamin supplements. Since some people have trouble following a balanced diet, multivitamin supplements are a good option. It mainly occurs in people who find it difficult to swallow pills or find the taste of syrups unpleasant. Since the advent of Covid-19 last year, gummy products have become popular in the beauty and wellness industry. Gummies are now used as a source of multivitamins, which provide benefits for hair and skin regeneration.

Geography

Our target is people in the Netherlands between the ages of 18-99 who fall within our target group. In 2021 this was 17 million people.

Demographics

66% of our target audience (aged 18-99) uses nutritional supplements to improve their health. That equates to 11,200,000 active users in the Netherlands.

Our market

With an annual growth of 3.4%, this will increase to 11,500,000 active users by 2022.

Proces

Everything stands or falls with marketing. We have knowledge and experience in this area, and plenty of ideas for the future. Sales flow from marketing (especially B2C). These orders are sent to the customer via Montapacking. There is Voltpops. (order until 23.00, next day delivery.

Tools

To shape our webshop we use Shopify and the best template, in combination with. a designer and IT person who can adapt Shopify templates to our wishes. For our marketing and content we use Social, Google and Influencer marketing (in house). We can also take photos and videos ourselves. We take care of customer service ourselves at the beginning and outsource it in the long term.

People

Myself, Thijs Maalderink, will lead the daily operation. In addition, we have a marketing specialist from my existing company MaalderMedia who can manage this. Jan Maalderink will take on the role as logistics manager. (retired but available 20/30 hours a week at no cost).

Why is VitalGums looking for investor(s), and what do we offer?

We are a young company with a lot of knowledge of what we are good at, marketing, but we lack a certain experience and network to make this a success. In short, a sounding board, coach, an entrepreneur/investor with experience.

That is why we are looking for a partner who is just as enthusiastic about this product and who sees opportunities to put it away.
