What?
Slightly weighted sleeping bag to help baby relax, fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
Why?
The light pressure increases serotonin (the happiness hormone) and dopamine (the feel good hormone) and melatonin (the sleep hormone) , to relax the baby and induce sleep.
