Do you recognize that feeling that you have all kinds of plans to start a business? The plans that are going through your head are going in all directions. All kinds of ideas, executions and financial scenarios go through your head. In your head it is completely clear, but on paper it is a different story. Do you put your plans on paper based on your perception, or do you already have the 'complete picture' ready to, for example, trigger investors who want to invest in your plans?
These are questions that every entrepreneur encounters or has to deal with. Then it is nice if there is someone who is watching with you. A coach, someone who understands it… a MENTOR.
Ko Henderiks is such a mentor. Independent and straight forward. Ko is always intrigued by new enthusiastic entrepreneurs who want to make their plans a reality. Ko is respectful, listens to your needs and will provide constructive criticism on how best to adapt your business plan and financials so that it looks healthy and presentable to propose to an investor or partner.
The 'Mentor Package - Intro', offers you the opportunity to go through your current plans with Ko. An intake interview follows, an introductory meeting and Ko goes through your documents / documents to see where the points for improvement lie. In the sparring session you will work together towards a final result.
The 'Mentor Package - Intro' gives you insight into how you can grow with your company.
Intake interview - 30 minutes
During this intake interview, Ko will discuss with you where you are now, what your needs are and where you want to go. During this meeting it will be clear what Ko can do for you.
Assessment of documents supplied
Based on the intake interview, you will provide Ko with the documents/documents that you now have available. This can be a business plan, pitch deck and financial statement. Ko will assess this and map out what could be improved and what could possibly be adapted to the current documents/documents that you have supplied.
Introductory meeting - 45 minutes
During this meeting you will discuss the how and what of your plans . Together with the feedback from the submitted documents, you will get to work on this yourself.
Sparring session with Ko - 60 minutes
During this sparring session you have processed Ko's input. Together you will see whether the strategy you had in mind is still current. Perhaps you can gain other insights, giving you a new look at your business plans.
