The 'Mentor Package' - Exclusive, offers you the opportunity to go through your current plans together with Ko. There will be an intake interview, an introductory meeting, and Ko will go through your documents/papers to see where improvements can be made. During the sparring session, you will work together towards a final result. With the extra hours, you will have made a good start with the design of your business plan. Through the additional sparring session with Ko, you can review your new business plan, you will look for improvements and you will optimize your business plan.

By working on your financial plans, you will get a good insight into your business finances, but you will also be asked critical questions about these finances. Get to work with Ko on getting your finances in order. Finally, you will follow an online training of 4 weeks at Impakt Tribe. During this training you will learn how to write and design your own perfect Pitch Deck by following masterminds, coaching sessions and online video content.

The 'Mentor Package'- Exclusive will give you a complete picture of your business. Business plan, financials and working on a good Pitch Deck makes your proposition investor ready.

Intake - 30 minutes

During the intake Ko will, together with you, go through where you are now, what your needs are and where you want to go. In this conversation it will become clear what Ko can do for you.

Assessment of supplied documents

Based on the intake interview, you will provide Ko with the documents you have at hand. This can be a business plan, pitch deck and financial overview. Ko will assess these documents and will map out what could be improved and what could be adapted to the current documents/papers that you have provided.

Introduction meeting - 45 minutes

During this meeting you will go deeper into the how and what of your plans. Together with the feedback of the supplied documents you will work on this yourself.

Sparring session with Ko - 60 minutes

During this sparring session you will have processed Ko's input. Together you will see if the strategy you had in mind is still relevant. Perhaps you will gain other insights, giving you a new perspective on your business plans.

Working on your business plan with Ko - 180 minutes

During this session you will work with Ko on your business plan. Here you will outline your strategy, describe the plan, add the projections and determine the structure of your business plan.

Extra sparring session with Ko - 120 minutes

During this sparring session you will have processed Ko's input. Together you will check if the strategy you had in mind, is still valid. Perhaps you can gain other insights, giving you a new perspective on your business plans. Together with the previous session and after working on your business plan you will evaluate it with Ko and spar again if this is exactly what you want to say.

Extra work on business plan with Ko - 120 minutes

After the sparring sessions, working on your business plan you will dot the i's here, so that your business plan is complete. After this session, by making the necessary changes, you will have a complete business plan in your hands.

Working on financial plans with Ko - 120 minutes

Important in your business plan are the financials. A lot of people have the greatest difficulty with this. How am I going to see in advance what the 'prognoses' are for my company? Ko will think along with you and with his input you can prepare your financials and complete your business plan.

Do It Yourself - Pitch Deck training by Impakt Tribe

With this training you will follow an online training at Impakt Tribe for 4 weeks. During this training you will learn by following masterminds, coaching sessions and online video content how to write and design your perfect Pitch Deck yourself.

With a good Pitch Deck you can trigger that investor to find your proposition interesting. Together with a good Pitch Deck and your business plan, you are all set to raise the investment needed to grow your business from investors.
